Frequently Asked Questions

VirtoKids is thoughtfully designed for children ages 2.5 and up to play, explore, and have fun in a safe, screen-free environment. While we welcome walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking your session in advance—even for members—as space is limited and we tend to fill up quickly, especially on rainy or cold days. Please plan ahead and check the weather! For safety and cleanliness, shoes must be removed in the play area and grip socks are required (available for purchase if needed). Please note: food is not allowed in the play space, so be sure to snack before you arrive!

VirtoKids is a drop-off only space—adults are not permitted during open play. All children must wear grip socks (available for purchase), have a signed waiver, and follow safe play rules—no roughhousing allowed. For health reasons, please stay home if your child shows any signs of illness; we reserve the right to deny entry for visible symptoms. No food or drink is allowed in the play area. Potty training? Please have your child wear a diaper or pull-up; a $150 cleaning fee applies for accidents. Birthday celebrations aren’t permitted during open play—no cake, gifts, or balloons, please. We’ll contact you if your child’s behavior becomes unsafe. Thanks for helping us keep VirtoKids safe and fun for everyone!

At VirtoKids, keeping things clean is a top priority. Our staff sanitizes toys and surfaces throughout each session and does a full deep clean every evening. The entire play area is a shoe-free zone to help protect little hands from germs.

To keep things safe and respectful in our downtown community:

Do not stop in the street or double park for drop-off — it creates traffic and safety issues.

Camelia Way is a one-way in, one-way out — please follow traffic flow.

If you drive in, park in a marked space and walk your child inside.

Do not exit to the left of Hot Asana — that is not a permitted exit.
